Greenfield, New Brunswick, Canada Eric has a degree in agronomy from the Nova Scotia Agriculture College. He has spent the last 20 years working for McCain Foods in various capacities, including managing Valley Farms as an extension agronomist and currently as Agriculture Manager responsible for Farm Food Safety and Sustainability. He is Past President of the New Brunswick Institute of Agrologists and has been very active in his local community. He has served as the captain of the Kidney Foundation, Cub Scout leader and as assistant coach of youth basketball.
